Possible changes:
The pool table bed tiles could be the same marble/granite tiles. It would look more like a pool table.

Buyer's currrent stock could be exchanged for pool table or parallelogram tiles. Pool table is centered in room, surrounded by 3.5 linear feet of light colored stone tiles. Parallelograms start darker colored stone tiles to finished installation. This creates a pool playing pit area, 16' x 20'.
